Hi,

Take a look at the "Creating Pipeline Components Using C#" in the Commerce
Server 2002 documentation.  You'll want to pull the latest documentation
from the Microsoft web site to see this section.

Also check out the books that are available.  The one from microsoft is only
a couple of dollars on amazon.

I'd stay away from the Building Solutions with Microsoft Commerce Server
2002.  Having read it I found it really disappointing in that it did not
cover enough of the topics in depth and left you with a half-baked store
solution based on old techniques.  On top of that it doesn't really cover
pipelines in depth.
