is it possible to copy templates from a evalaution edition (after the
120 days!) to a standard edition - i just need the templates...

Hi

The templates are stored in the database and file system. So you could use
the DCA to point the standard edition to the database used by the eval and
access the templates  from there. To copy, you could export/import the
templates using Site Deployment Manager.
