this is the problem i encountered when were accessing the URL of the site th
at currently used a websphere portal 5.0, and also we used the sametime and 
quickplace of domino. we configure it out the dns settings, the LDAP (domino
)as well as we does start a
nd stop the server, the problem reoccurs.hope u can help us..thanks
