I think that section 5.5.4 of the PFD needs to be updated to reflect that
the property DetachOnClose is gone.  It currently reads:

<spec>
A hollow instance transitions to detached if its persistence manager is
closed while
the DetachOnClose property is true.
</spec>

This is not possible since there is no property DetachOnClose.
