    Server node not found error.

When editing a post and saving it, I get the following error on one of my
developers machines:

Save Placeholder failed

Error Details:
Server node not found error.

I can't find any details anywhere else... does anyone know what this
acutally means?

Hi Dirc,

this error usually indicates a database inconsistancy.
Please open a support case with Microsoft to get your database analyzed and
corrected.

Thanks....  this is a new build for a developer, so we'll probably just do a
re-install...

BTW: does CMS log any of the details anywhere? As a developer used to a full
stack trace, the rather terse message isn't very helpful!
