I don't have any "Resolve Issue" option available to me on Apache JIRA. I ha
ve
permission to create issues and to comment but nothing more ... so
"jira-user" permission.

How do I sign up on this JIRA list ? I have a login, but the login doesn't
have the JIRA permission assigned to it. Is there a page where I request it 
?
