Hi

I am experiencing some problems using the wsslib2 adapter.

Generally, it runs just great, but every now and then it stops
receiving messages from my sharepoint site. I get no errors whatsoever
in the eventlog - the documents are just not picked up by the adapter.

I have not seen any system in this - sometimes it works, and other
times it doesn't. Restarting the host instance always does the trick,
but I would really hate to have to restart the host again and again.

If I turn on debugging information on the wsslib2 receive handler,
then I have to restart the host instance for the changes to take
effect. And then the adapter again picks up documents. So I haven't
found anything of intereset by doing that.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hi Jan,

Please check when the symptom occurs, if the whole BizTalk messaging system
stops working. Will other ports still be able to receive documents? Also is
anything showing up in HAT?

You may consider opening a support incident to Microsoft because generally
debugging has to be involved in troubleshoot this kind of inconsistent
case. I'd also suggest you submit the issue to wsslib's workspace for ideas.

I have allready submitted it to the wsslib2 workspace. As for a
support incident with Microsoft - can I do that? I thought that the
wsslib2 wasn't supported?

Hi Jan,

Since the symptom is biztalk stops processing message, we haven't been able
to confirm if the issue is inside biztalk or wsslib yet. So please feel
free to submit the incident request. If the problem is finally confirmed
not to be supportable, you don't need to spend an incident ticket of it.

Thanks.
