Hi,
I am unsure this is the right forum for this question but there is no
reponse from Rapid forums so I'll give it a go.
I am un-able to make changes to any of the default templates or base
templates even though I ahve given full rights to the NETWORK SERVICE accoun
t
and the Everyone account to the XmlTemplates folder as instructed.
