Hello-
We are using a 3rd party product which generates a false error in HAT
(#5675). All the docs are still delivered however. When the service
restarts these docs are then resubmitted to the customer again. Is
there a way to stop this? The retrycount is already 0.
According to the company this will be fixed in three weeks but I need a
workaround in the meantime. Manually deleting them from HAT is a pain
- so I'd like something automatic.
