Uday,
Have you set the identity and proper permissions for the direct mail
service as described in

Hi everyone,
I am trying to set up an email campaign for our customer.
We are running Commerce Server 2002 with SQL 2000.
I set up a new customer, new campaign and new direct mail.
In email, I am sending the word doc as an attachment.
It creates the job in SQL Server but the job keeps failing. The error that
I
get is....
Executed as user: Server\sysadmin Error: Could not instantiate required COM
interfaces: Access is denied. Process Exit Code -2147024891. The step
failed.
This is a SQL Server service account for SQL Server. i am logging on with
different account but both accounts are part of sysadmin role on SQL
Server.
The customer is ready to kill me if this does not work today
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Uday
