It seems as if i have to contact MS PSS in order to download the updates.
Luckily i was able to find this information by rustling through various
blogs.  The Biztalk Installation Guide needs to be updated to reflect this
requirement.  This is very frustrating.......

...and I'll bet this didn't work for you, since q828758 com rollup 6 is
for pre-xp/sp2 installations and I'll bet you're trying to install the
development components on Windows XP SP2. See my next post about error
1928 for resolution and the cause.

Oisin,

Thank you very much for your reply.  I'm lickin' my chops at the prospect of
a fix for this issue.  I dont see your other post.  I'm reading posts
through outlook express.   I'm guessing you made your posts at a website.
Could you please post your resolution here?  I have also done a google for
the terms "Oisin" and "1928" and wasnt able to come up with any results.
