I should have mentioned, there is another site on the server that uses IIS's
email function regularly, and it works fine. I also had our customer create
a form with a submit button that sent the data to a text file, and we got
the same error. I should also mention the site was originally published to
another server with FPSE installed but which I'm pretty certain was using
Apache 1.3 as a http server. Also, the engineer who built this web server
had some permissions issues creating folders for this and the other site
that our customer could publish to from their LAN; that is the sites were
visible via the web browser but a network user couldn't publish to it. Hence
my suspicion it's a permissions issue...
