When running the BizTalk Web Services Publishing Wizard, I get the message:

Failed to create project "http://localhost/ProjectName_Proxy".
[System.NullReferenceException] Object reference not set to an instance 
of
an object.

I have got it to work before, on the same machine, but I've forgotten the
solution.
