Hi,

My environ:
Win2k3sp1
Exchange 2003 sp2

I need to allow users to change their password through OWA, so I created a
new vuirtual directory called iisadpwd and mapped it to
c:\windows\inetsrv\iisadmpwd.

The page loads fine (including using ssl).

When I submit the form I get the following error:
"Either the password is too short or password uniqueness restrictions have
not been met."

A while back, I have changed the password complexity requirements and have a
min password age of 0 on the Default Domain Policy.
