I have recently solved this three issues and thought I would pass along the
results as they where very hard to come by.

My auto responder was not working with my form mail
Solution: Changed servers, severe but it did work.

I could not publish using FP html
Solution: Navigate to site from my network places, logon with username and
password. Then open FP and publish to site.

I did not like how the form mail used my hosts name or what ever in the "to"
line as this carried forward when I hit reply.
Solution: add the address the server uses to send the form to my address
book and name it what ever you like.
