I ran into that problem for awhile too. I'm not sure what you have
available to you, but it is download 20 of 79 for Extend. The title of
the download is:
WebSphere Portal V5.0 - Portal Server, WebSphere Portal content
publishing for AIX/Solaris/Windows/Linux, V5.0 (2) (Arabic,Czech,
Danish, German, Greek, English International, Spanish, Finnish, French,
Hungarian, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Dutch,
That has what the toolkit needs to install.
