In the Event Viewer, I´m seeing the following errors/warnings:

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/Root/mysite'.  The error
was 'Server execution failed

The server {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} did not register with
 DCOM
within the required timeout.

Searching solutions I found that I must change the Application Protection
option from 'Medium' to 'Low'. It´s OK, the site works fine, but a few days
ago I was working with Medium Level and I need to continue working whit this
level. How can I solve it?
