Can anyone tell me what it means when a cisco WS-C3750-48PS-S steadily
lights the RPS and SYST in amber and won't do anything else. Also, on
console I see messages saying the switch is not usable. This unit is
barely a year old, so I hope it doesn't mean what I think it does.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Per this page:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products...ts_qanda_item09
186a00801b0971.shtml

All 3750 have a lifetime hardware warranty.

I haven't seen this before, but I would at lest try to get a new switch from
TAC.

You all know what it means. That's why no one is answering my question. Ci
sco knows too, they're sending me a new one. Thanks to those that responded
 to me.

Jeremy
