Hi all,
i got a CCM 4.1(3) 7825-I1 Bundle which includes Unity (15Mail boxes
license) and IPCC, IP IVR & Q Mgr with 5 seats license.
I installed CRS engine and IPCC. The config of the CRS requires a
license file. I followed the instructions of cisco and i entered the
website www.cisco.com/go/license (i have CCO account) and when i put the
PAK provided by the Software License Claim Certificate; cisco told me
that it is not Valid!!
How can i get a valid key?

Thanks
Anthony

Hi Anthony,
The key is on a white sticker, attached to the IPCC documentation cover.
Also, when filling it out on the registration page, *it's case sensitive*!
Cheers,
ML

Drop a mail to licensing@cisco.com and describe the issue together with
the PAK and they should be able to help you.
