i have a script running 3.5.3.  the script is run fine for the most part.  b
ut when i do a get call contact,  it allways show a "unknown"   Now we have 
caller id enable from our carrier, and it  works fine.  any ideals of what i
 need to check

Are these calls coming in on a PRI?  OR T1 CAS/FXO
