If a user deletes a resource in a gallery and adds a new resource to the
gallery with the same name, it is still considered a broken resource link on
the page that contains the original resource, is this correct?

What if they use the replace method in the resource gallery, is this still
considered a broken resource link on the page?

Thanks!

Hi,

All the MCMS objects are referenced by their Guid. So if you delete a
resource and add another one with the same name, for MCMS its another
resource. So it is a broken resource.

When you replace a resource with another the same Guid is used, so the
resource link is not a broken one.

Cheers,
Chester.

~Are you using MCMS? Then try MCMS Manager -
