Marcelo,
I read this file but I didn´t find this consideration about W2k3 Web
Edition. Another question is about license. My server have 2 phisical
processors, but in Task Manager appear 4 processors. In the Commerce Server
2002, also appear 4 processors.

Which would be the correct licensing?

Thanks for help me.

another question is why I install the Commerce Server 2002 in a W2k3 Web
Edition without SP3. The installation process is aborted before finished.

Hi Fabio,

You can install Commerce Server 2002 in Windows 2003 Web Edition,
Standar Edition or Enterprise Edition. Looking this link of software
requeriments:
http://www.microsoft.com/commercese...qs/default.mspx

with respect to number of licenses I am not sure but I imagine that you
would need two.
