I have done my best to follow the New Site instructions from the
MCMS2002.chm file but the following response comes up: "You are not
authorized to view this page..."
I do have anonymous access and windows authentication turned on.  I am
running SP1 on W2k3.  I have tried creating a site in both the default
web site and a virtual directory.  Is there anything not mentioned in
the CHM file that could help?
