The file is not visible through FrontPage but it is visible through Windows
Explorer.

You can also make the folder visible from within Frontpage by selecting:
- Tools
- Web Settings
- Advance
- Show Hiden Files and Folders
Good Luck

A note of caution: in spite of using the "Show Hiden Files and Folders"
setting, the folder still doesn't show in FP2002, at least not on my
machine (running XP Professional).

No, sorry, you can't. The file is part of the FP server extensions, and
would be viewed through exporer or through the IIS MMC.
