Hi, I am trying to upgrade my Rh7.2 installation on a Netvista PIII 800
but I am repeatedly suffering system hangs, I suspect a fault in the
motherboard, but thought I would ask the community in case I was chasing
a 'red herring'....

The NetVista is a minitower 6276, and uses the Intel 810e video on board.
when the installation gets to either formating partitions or reading
rpms for upgrades(usually at the 10% mark) I get a system hang and a
screen full of video garbage..., as I said, I suspect the mother board,
but if there is a known problem with this model or versions, I'd be
interested to hear them..
I've wasted a full day on this, even changed HHD, and memory with no effect.
