The best examples for executives or decision makers are ones that can show
how a company is going to save money. For example if the manual process of
creating and approving a purchase order is $70 per order and by eliminating
some or all of the manual steps with BizTalk the process now cost the compan
y
$20 per order, then the value of implementing BizTalk is shown.
