These are host related since they happen when you are attempt to access your
live/remote site.
Under Scenario 1, this is normal when you have not actually logged into the
site via FP, so it is
not possible to save any changes back to the live/remote server, if so then
anyone using FP could
edit your site content.
You need to ask your host to run a server-health check and/or check the perm
ission for your account.
If they can't fix the issues, then you need to switch web host.
