Hi,

Lately, we did a test on the data restoration on one of our servers
with BEB 11.5 and the result wasn't really wonderful as what CA
claims. After getting the tape merged and job configured, the restore
process began. Everything was running fine until it hit around 10%
and the meter somehow stopped continuing. Subsequently, the job
failed with the error 'unable to connect to the remote source'.

Having thought the library went down, we checked but nothing of this
sort happened. Running out of our wits, we called CA but they weren't
in the least helpful so the job was re-configured and re-run. It was till
the 4th time the recovery successfully complete.

Anyone has any idea why this occurred. Thanks a lot.
