On an W2k3/iis6 dedicated web server, what security or other advantages
would there be to having cgi-bin (apps and scripts) directories be virtual
directories rather than just sit under the home directory?  The home folder
for our sites will be on a drive separate from
the system.  I would like to keep the physical directory structure as simple
as possible unless there are security concerns to address.
