In CS2002 can the granularity of campaign expirations be set to
minutes/hours, versus days in CS2002?

Hi Larry,

I'm confused by your question.  Did you mean to ask about CS2006 perhaps?
In CS2006 you can specify a date and time for a campaign (or campaign item)
to end.
