Well, it's available on FCS 1.6.
The quote in my mail is from the official FMS2 documentation in the
Macromedia Livedocs, so I think it's still available ...

Actually, some of this properties are briefly presented in the document
"Managing Flash Communication Server" or "Server Management API" (I
don't have right now the PDF files around me).
You can find these on page 707 of the "Programming FCS"  book.
