Flash Player 6 for PocketPC should be able to do it via importing them.
Never tested to see if NetConnection works, though, so don't know of
Flashcom works.

Yeah we don't want to import them, we'd rather them be separate files
still.

I wonder if a combination of Event Gateways in ColdFusion 7 and FMS 2 could
be used to make it happen?

Yeah that'd be nice, but the goal here is to have the FLVs on an SD card
and just play them from that...I don't think its possible at this time
tho...oh well, back to the drawing board (I've tried just playing SWFs
like they're videos...the quality is not too good)

There really should be no difference between an swf and an flv depending on
how it is encoded, in some cases, the swf will have advantages especially
when using layers.. I have done thing on my old Ipaq under WIN CE, but that
was awhile ago. When encoding video for swf, take special care of the frame
rake and for low power devices spread out the key frames. Also remove any
additional resolution, small screens require less resolution, less
resolution translates into speed.
http://bantv.com/FMediaPlayerComponentTest.html
pulldown the downfall swf for an example

FLVs streamed from FCS / FMS2 work well on Pocket PC with Flash =20
player 6... but don't expect to have full screen video... 160 x 120 =20
is a maximum...

I'm presently working on a video conference app for the new 3G phones
(windows mobile 5.0) using FCS. So far, the NC doesn't connect. Any
suggestions or recall to past hacks would be appreciated.
