Has anyone else notices if you have MLA in CM 4.1 that you have to use
the Administrator username and password to get to the log in for ART/CDR
and then you have to use your MLA account to access the CDR/CAR
information?  Is this a bug?

100% WAD.

Actually the CAR/ART logon info is set the first time you login with
the default user/pass.  It makes you choose the user(s) that will
have access to the ART web page.
Doing this creates the group in the ldap directory that any member of
which can access ART.

MLA is only for CCMAdmin.  ART is not CCMAdmin
