you need to work on a very complex orchestration involving role links
first of all, you need to have a tv tuner card, commonly pci but there
are some usb models
i would recommend, by the way, getting a dvb card
so you can plug to a dish generally used for satellite
for see free tv, meaning free to air television :P

unfortunately your fx ... stinks, it is probably some of the dark past
of nvidia, that card serie specially
