hi,

one tape got stuck in our 3590 machine. after manually ejecting
the tape (via the 3590 LCD), netbackup still thinks that the media
is plugged in to slot 9:

but the the slot is actually empty. we've already restarted the machine
and the host server - still the slot 9 entry can't be cleared.

anyone who might shell out a clue what to do?
