I have had a CMS 2002 site up and running successfully for a year now.  I am
 going back to tweak some things and one is the login page.  I am using form
s authentication and if someone does not log in successfully (bad password, 
etc) I would like to return
a system message to give some clue as to WHY they did not log in successfull
y.  I've looked through the exceptions and didn't find anything.  We are aut
henticating through Active Directory.
