I am trying to create project and site in master mode from Visual Interdev
6.0 (Sp6) but get
answer that I am not authorized.

I run Virtual Private Server on Win 2003 server/IIS 6.0 using Plesk for
Windows. FPSE 2002 installed.

I have made all setup in Plesk including user and password for FrontPage but
still get this message.

Do I need to set folder/file permissions or something? I have access to
Front Page administration.
I am not an extremly experienced user so all help would be greatly
appreciated.
