Does a change for a BizTalk Server 2002 from Standard
Edition to Enterprise Edition requires a reinstall or
could I just upgrade the licens or at least do an SW
upgrade on the fly ?

You would just need to backup each of your databases, and then uninstall
and reinstall the product. Here is an article that mentions a couple of
