I am using IIS 5.1 on XP pro and I am hosting .aspx pages

from time to time my internet connection is broken until I re-connect manual
ly....I cannot identify any specific event that causes this. Is there a set
ting in IIS that I could change to increase the reliability of my server?

I have a high speed DSL connection that until I started using IIS has been e
xtremely reliable so I'm convinced that this is some sort of IIS problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated

There's nothing in IIS that would do this. Though many ISP's are
cracking down on people running web servers on their broadband
accounts, which might be part of why you didn't see it before.
