We are running cm 4.1.3 w/sr 1.  we have a 2821 voice gw with a 8 prt fxs
module.  The port work except for one issue.  We are not able to use these
ports to dial into modems or pbx systems.  They dial up... try to establish
connection and then disconnect.

Are they set to fax passthrough?  I could see this happening with Fax
Relay.

I don't see where to check fax passthrough on the fxs configurations   live
look on the line and device config page
