Should I keep the failover on the remote site.  We have two sites.   What is
sue will I runb intoi. If I put the unity box on the voice network. Instead 
of the data with the exchange server. I'm asking about both unity server

I didn't quite understand the second part of your post, but in regards
to the keeping the Unity failover server on the remote site, I don't see
a problem with that.  Before I put my failover Unity server at our DR
site, I read an article on cisco about the requirements about putting
the Unity failover server on the other side of the WAN.  It required
that there be at least 45MB between the Unity servers.  We have a DS3 so
we just met that requirement.  I did a search on Cisco.com, but could
not find that article.  Hope this helps.
