Since yesterday one of our pick-up groups has stopped. The users in this
group can no more pick up the phone from other group members. I already
checked settings but this group is set like all others and there is only one
DN assigned to this pick-up number. All other groups are working normal. A
restart of the cisco Extenden Functions service on the CCM did not help.
Has anybody else ever faced such a problem?
