Ah, that gives me an opportunity to heap some praise on the good people of
ZEN internet.

I was with them for 4 years, running the remailer off residential 256/512
ADSL and never had a problem. The ADSL connection was always on, 24/7 with
no outages whatsoever. Even when power failed in our street the ADSL kept
going, as I once noticed while the remailer was feeding from the UPS.

I had several complaints sent to their helpdesk, and I tried to respond
immediately and politely which resulted in them being helpful,
understanding and after a while they seemed to respond to complaints with:
"Contact the operator, he seems to be a reasonable guy."

All in all I think they are a prime UK ADSL provider.
