On December 20th of 2005, just days before Christmas, Kenneth Robert
Pangborn was in Pinellas County court begging for mercy as a result of his
failing business and consequentially dire financial situation. Yes, to
hold off American Express Centuron Bank from throwing him out in the
street, Kenny has found himself forced to file for Bankruptcy. Or at least
tell the courts that's how he's going to remedy his woes, with Kenny you
just never know for sure. He'll lie about anything, to anyone.

I have to wonder how Barbara feels about having her Christmas spoiled by a
deadbeat.

I wonder if he's even told her yet......

Funny that a few years back, Ken's lie du jour was that I had filed
bankruptcy--twice in three years, which would be impossible by law.  He
kept referring people to a search page which, when searched, produced
nothing.

Guess that trial consulting business isn't going as well as he likes to
brag.  I have to wonder, does the fact that his name is synonymous with
abuse and fraud have anything to do with this?

I could be wrong, but didn't he say not too long ago that the American
Express matter had been settled?

Anyone have any idea where we can find the info online for bankruptcy cases
in Tampa?   I've already copied and saved his posts regarding his house
being worth $350,000

I'd feel sorry for Ken, but he doesn't deserve a bit of sympathy. Isn't he
the one who snipes at other people about financial problems? You're damned
right he is! I've seen him post this claim about at least two other people
and never back it up. And here it is being true about him, all nice and
packaged with official court records.

This is just poetic justice and fair payback for years of abuse as far as
I'm concerned. I'm normally against this sort of shit, but thanks for

Yes, he made this claim about me.  Oddly, he claimed that I filed
bankruptcy twice within a three-year period....which must make me very
special, as every other American is only allowed to do it once every seven
years.

According to someone close, she barely speaks English, and they have a
translation program on the computer which they use to communicate.

Although this information is dated.  By now I'm sure he's taught her the
