Just now I've noticed you have BizTalk 2004 with SQL Server 2005. The
last time I checked, these two were not working together, at least for
the SQL Server 2005 Beta. Has that changed in the meantime? Did you
manage to make them work together on the same domain?
I read better once I realized you kind of tried everything I had in
mind (lmhosts was next). Until I learn about the contrary, my opinion
at this point is that you should stick to SQL Server 2k.
