My comment about BTS 2004 not working with SQL 2005 refers to the
BizTalk system databases residing on SQL 2005. There was no mention of
where the BTS DBs are in the configuration details you provided and I
made the assumption they are on SQL 2005. The adapter should be able to
work with custom databases on SQL 2005. I'm still thinking about other
possible causes, but I have nothing at this point.
