Distro is Debian 3.1

Server is a HP ProLiant ML350 G4p (Intel Xeon CPU 3.00GHz), running MySQL
Version 4.0.24_Debian-10sarge1-log, php 4.3.10-16, vBulletin 3.5.3.

Running phpSysInfo-2.5.1 shows only 16 KB for cache size (CPU).

Usage of vBulletin is extremely slow. Any ideas?

Thanks.
