New Exchange 2003 server, with SP2.  I'm unable to send mail outside my
network.  All outgoing mail sits in the queue.  I've tested DNS (from the
inside and outside of network) with NSLOOKUP and MX record is good. From the
outside of the network (like hotmail.com) I'm able to send mail inside and
receive without a problem.  In System Manager/Queue Viewer, some queued mail
says "The connection was dropped by the remote host".  I've tried with and
without and external DNS.  Any ideas?
