Please let me know the steps to run a report on Commerce server..
We are a new team working on CS 2002..We have processed an order and
now need to familiarize ourselves with running reports..Please help us
out...when we try to open an existing report, we get the following
error:

"Prepare reports DTS task..processing error"...

Kindly guide us..

Hi Sairaj,

Before you jump into reporting, the site datawarehouse need to be prepared
by importing transactional data from the site commerce database. The steps t
o
do so and other critical information is available as part of the CS
documentation and also available at
