Does FrontPage 2003 have an ad banner feature?  Under the previous version i
t was under the dynamic components tab but I can't find it in 2003.

Deprecated because it uses JAVA, but still in the tool well
View Toolbars Customize Commands, find it and drag it out to your tool bar
